How do I log in to my account?

Go to: https://manage.christianwebhost.com/ or click the "Login" button located at the top right of our website. Unless you change them, your login details are the email address and password used when the account was created.

Once logged in, you will be brought to the Client Area. You can think of this as the Administrative section of your account. 

From your client area, you will be able to:

  • View, update, and purchase services
  • Update your contact information
  • Manage your domains
  • View and process your invoices
  • Update your payment methods

How do I manage my web hosting services?

The way you access your web hosting services depends on the services you have, but they all share the same starting point – your client area.

Step 1: From your client area, click the Services link on the homepage.

Step 2: From the My Products and Services page, click the service you would like to manage (click anywhere in the block, except the domain name itself, as this will take you to the site). The service management page will differ, depending on the service type.

Step 3: You can also Place a New Order or View Available Addons from the Actions menu on the left.

cPanel Shared Hosting

From your cPanel management page, you can access your cPanel and Webmail, update your cPanel password, and get an overview of your resource usage (disk space and bandwidth).

On the left, you have several options:

  • Login to cPanel: This will log you into your cPanel without needing the cPanel password.
  • Login to Webmail: This will bring you to your Webmail login page.
  • Change Password: Use this to update your cPanel password.
  • Request Cancellation: If you no longer need your cPanel web hosting services, you can request a cancellation here.

There are also several cPanel shortcuts at the bottom of the screen. Clicking any of these shortcuts will log you in to your cPanel and take you to that section.

Website Builder

Once you access your Website Builder interface, you will see an overview of the Website Builder service.

On the left, you will see your Actions menu:

  • Change Password: Change your Website Builder password here.
  • Log In To Site Builder: This will log you in directly to your Website Builder.
  • Upgrade/Downgrade: This allows you to change your current plan.
  • Request Cancellation: Submit a cancellation request for the service here.
  • DNS Manager: Access the DNS manager for the domain here.

To start building your website, click the Log In To Site Builder link in the Actions menu or the button in the center of the screen.

DNS settings

At the bottom of the main screen, you will also see the DNS settings for your Website Builder service.

You will need to add the records listed here to your current DNS Zone file. Once the new records have propagated, your Website Builder site will be live.

  • If you have registered the domain with us, use your client area to update your nameservers to the nameservers listed here.
  • If your domain is not registered with us, you will need to contact your registrar to update the nameservers with them.
